Summary: After staying here in May, we just had to book again for our family Thanksgiving trip. Once again we enjoyed a wonderful stay at a very clean property. Had everything we needed and then some. Excellent location, amenities, etc. You really can't go wrong on this property!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for access to necessities in Montrose and the hiking and Jeeping trails in Ouray and Telluride.

Summary: This is a fairly well maintained property. It was very clean, with comfortable accomodations. My only issues were with a very poorly equipped kitchen and the patio furniture was in very poor state. That being said, this would be a great place for families who want to be close to Black Canyon NP but are planning more on restaurant eating.
